When business professionals came to my theater in Times Square to see a sketch comedy show, something unexpected would happen. After the show, they’d linger in the lobby, eager to talk.

They could feel it—something special just happened in the room.
A palpable connection between performers and audience.
A level of trust, energy, and team chemistry that was exceptional.

It left an impression. And, again and again, they asked the same question:
“Can you bring this to our company?”

That question led me to develop corporate trainings and one-on-one coaching focused on leadership, presentations, sales, and communication.

My approach is both light-hearted and highly practical — designed to create real connections and successful interactions. For over 25 years, it has delivered lasting results in both U.S. and European markets. Today, it’s the work I’m delighted to do full-time.

My background includes founding and running for-profit theaters, performance teams, and professional development classes in New York City and Houston, with extensive study in high-performance learning systems, business coaching, philosophy, psychology, and the performing arts.

At the heart of it all is what I value most:
the spirit of play—and a deep appreciation for the cosmic joke.

Along with being a coach and training facilitator, I also write, produce, direct, and perform original sketch and musical comedies with an uplifting message at Curiosity Lab Productions.
